amended plat of lots 21 and 22, round mountain, .975 acres, cedar hurst lane
at stone ridge drive. No fiscal required. Sewage service to be provided by
on-site sewage facility. Lcra jurisdiction. The city of Lakeway e.t.j.

>> good morning, care joseph, t.n.r. The owners of lot 21
and 22 simply wish to move the shared lot line. We've had no issues, no comments
on this particular item and we recommend approval.

number 1 would be action item number 22 on today 's agenda, number 2 will
be action item number 23. Those will probably be part of our consent agenda.
