Travis County Commissioners Court
October 26, 2004
Item 5
And our final public hearing today is number 5, and that is a public hearing
to receive comments regarding proposed fees for the review and inspection
of subdivisions within Travis County. That's really within the e.t.j., Right?
>> correct.
>> move the public hearing be opened.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes unanimously.
>> actually, it's all of Travis County. It's not just the
e.t.j. Of the city. It's all of Travis County. We have for several years and
months we have been through working these fees with the city as well as with
the auditors, deloitte and touche, to go through our cost of services and
we have decided what it costs to go through and review subdivision and inspection
fees. We issued these fees several months ago and have been through several
meetings and conversations. And today I don't think we have any comments,
but I don't know if anyone's here.
>> we've shared these fees with the stakeholders and to our
knowledge other interested individuals.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during the public
hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> [ inaudible ].
>> all in favor? That passes by instance vote. It will be
action item number 12-a on today's agenda.
