Number two is receive comments regarding proposed street name assignments
for two private easements to adrian way and tyler trail off of fm furnish
31 in precinct 3.
>> carol joseph, tnr. Again, the residents in this neighborhood
would like the easements, adrian way and tyler way to be named primarily for
911 purposes. We did have some comments from some of the residents regarding
this, but it was not about the naming of the easement. Their concern had to
do with some of the issues that they thought that the developer was trying
to do. And all we're doing here is naming the easements, we're not maintaining
those roads. That's all.
>> we will keep maintaining the ones we've been maintaining.
>> absolutely.
>> will not start maintaining those that we have not been
maintaining.
>> that's correct.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public
hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes unanimously. This will be action
item number 9 on today's agenda.
