Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding plat for recording
in precinct 3, amended plat of lots 6 and 7, davenport west p.u.d. Tract c-3,
section 2, the point at rob roy, short form plat-two lots, 6.551 acres, pascal
lane. No fiscal required. Sewage service to be provided by wcid number 10,
city of Austin limited purpose e.t.j.

>> good morning, judge. Joe geiselman with the transportation
and natural resources department. This is a fairly straightforward combination
of two lots into one lot as requested by the owner of both lots. And to, my
knowledge, there is no concern raised about the action.

hearing?

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That ill
be action item number 8 on today's agenda which will be part of the consent
motion.
