Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 11, and I show those to be ready for action. And we have been asked to add the following items to the consent motion, if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as we call out the item. And it does seem to me that if you have business with the court this morning, if the consent motion goes as I planned, we will need you headed this way. Number 2, number 3, 4, 5 --
>> I have just a --
>> okay. 5 will not be part of the consent motion. Number 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 we postponed, 12, --
>> was that to do the mail services, why?
>> right.
>> okay. Not a problem.
>> right 12 to do.
>> okay.
>> actually, we need to discuss I guess parts of 13, so let's put it up. It should be pretty fast.
>> yeah.
>> 15, all of 16, so 16 a through 16 g, 18 a, for [indiscernible] investment management service, 18 a, b we postponed for two weeks, we will hold 18 c just in case mr. Hillig has some items that we don't know about. 19, 20 a, non-routine, none, so we don't need 20 b, but 20 a, 21, 23, on 24 there is a long list of election judges and alternate judges.
>> judge, I had some questions about -- there were quite a few, especially in precinct 2, maybe there's dana, that had first names only and no last names.
>> oh, on the list?
>> yeah, it was obvious that one was a husband and wife combination and you added on the name.
>> I will go back and correct that.
>> if you will stand by, we'll call it up in just a minute. Okay.
>> okay.
>> 24 will not be part of the consent motion. And so 23 will be the last one. Move approval.
>> judge, I need probably to pull, get you to pull 6 since I -- since I just need [indiscernible]
>> I just seconded that motion to approve. But 6 will not be part of the consent motion, so 5 and 6 are not part of the consent motion.
>> move.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of the other items from the consent motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
