25. Consider and take appropriate action on issues related to the conduct of the November 2004 joint general and special election. 8 precinct polling places are new, this is a request basically to send post cards to the voters of the location of the new polling place, basically?
>> yes, these are brand new locations, these folks have never seen these before. There's even one when we had great difficulty in the past finding them a home. I believe the number on that is 232. So I need permission to do a mailout that large. It's included in my postage budget. He we can handle the language for each of the post cards in english and spanish has been provided to you. I need the court's permission to do 11,000 pieces.
>> should we approve up to $3,000? I think that was the estimate that would include the recently registered voters who have not been processed yet?
>> correct. We do wrant to include those -- we do want to include those folks.
>> 3,000 bucks up to include everybody.
>> quick question, 230 that's been kind of floating up there on spicewood springs, in an apartment complex.
>> yes, at mangia's pizza. They finally have a home.
