Now, dana, since we have you here, 24, 24. Consider and take appropriate action on request to fill vacancies for unexpired term of presiding election judges and alternate presiding election judges.
>> yes, sir, you have the list, we are now at 100%, your new list shows that, barring anybody dropping out, we should be good to go.
>> like I said, when I was going through this, although it was late after the astros, yes! Last night. I will go back and --
>> I will go back and corrected those, maybe we had a glitch or something.
>> it may have been just the computer working, but it was 208, 24, 230, 235, 242, at least on my printout that I got, I think there was one in precinct 3, 328, and 371, 345 -- anyway, there's -- you'll see. And --
>> with the last names missing?
>> yes.
>> we will fix that then.
>> then a question on precinct 151 it had the notation judge will assign. I didn't know if that was supposed to be a proper notation.
>> for -- we are asking the judge to help us recruit an alternate. We are having trouble finding an alternate there, that's what the message means.
>> got it, okay. If we can get the last names filled in.
>> the reason why we are asking the judge to help out there, because it's predominantly one party, so we are having to search for the other party. [laughter]
>> all right.
>> so you anticipate the last names being made available today.
>> yes, sir, immediately. We can get that into the court's record immediately.
>> I move to approve the list with the addition of the last names, where I think they inadvertently got --
>> thank you, Commissioner. Any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
