3. Receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: anderson
mill west, section 19, amended plat of lot 25, block k (amended plat - 1 lot
- 0.661 acres - briona wood lane - no fiscal required - sewage service to
be provided Williamson/Travis County mud no. 1 - city of Cedar Park etj.
>> move that the public hearing 7 be opened.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> this is one lot within a subdivision. It was erroneously
labeled as a drainage easement. In the original plat. It was supposed to be
a common area. But there are no drainage improvements either built or needed
on this piece of property. So -- so this is somewhat of a corrective measure.
To return it to what it was originally intended to be. That as much as a common
lot. That was a common lot, not a drainage easement.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public
hearing?
