>> joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. This is a single family subdivision that's being vacated that is related to another agenda item on today's agenda, which is the platting of a new subdivision which will take this property, incorporate the old subdivision and make two commercial lots out of the subdivision. And -- and we -- the staff can tell you that it meets our -- our requirements for vacation. Our only comment is on the morris subdivision, that comment would clearly be on the proposed use of the new lots, but it has nothing to do with this public hearing.
>> so does Travis County have any objection to the action requested in number 1,.
>> t.n.r. Does not.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item no. 18 on today's agenda.
