Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent on c-1 through c-5. And I show those to be ready. We have been asked to consider adding a long list of items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separation, please say so as we call out the number. Number 3, that proclamation. Number 9. Designateing Tuesday at the regular meeting date of the Commissioners court. 13-a, b and c. That's all of 13. 14. 17. 18. 21-a and b. 23. Now, 24 sounds a little complicated, but it's basically what we have been doing. We need to discuss 24? That's a lot of insurance services there.
>> barbara has done good work on that.
>> 24-a through b. 25-a through 25-d. We've discussed those several times before. 26. 27. 28. 29. 30. Is the low bidder here on number 30? 31. 33. 34. 35. 36. 37. 38. 42.
>> do you want to include 39 in that?
>> well, I just thought we would make a word of disclosure.
>> okay, well, if you can --
>> do it separate.
>> I was going to put it up after consent.
>> okay, good. Good. Thanks.
>> 42. 43. 44. 45. 48. 49. 50. 51. Along with a thanks to the downtown Austin alliance for the $10,000. 52. 53. 54. 55. 56. 57-a, b and c. 58.
>> there was a question related to that one, judge, on 58-c. There was actually a request. I actually had a question about that request about the lowest price that we don't have any mobile presence in Jonestown --
>> do -- let's just pull all of 58 off.
>> my question is strictly related to c but there actually is a pending request and it seems like we ought to at least answer it yes or no.
>> 58 will not be part of the consent motion. And 58 is the last one.
>> move approval.
>> judge, let me -- I might have a question on 34. I think we included 34 on there. I would like to get a quick question answered.
>> 34 will not be part of the consent motion. Any others? Move approval of the consent motion?
>> second.
>> seconded by Commissioner Daugherty. Would anyone like us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
