Now, number 16 is to consider and take appropriate action on issues regarding the implementation of the Travis County hospital district. I thought it would be a good idea for us to outline some of the additional issues that we need to address regarding the hospital district, and in our meeting yesterday we started out with a basic list that christian smith put together for us an during that meeting we did ask some others and we circulated this morning a listing of 13 items that we think we need to negotiate with the hospital district over the next few months.
>> okay.
>> and that is simply what the backup is, call to our attention that there's additional work that needs to be done. Some of these areas are more important than others, but it seems to me that we need to capture our agreement in writing in the form of either a master interlocal if we can get them all into one and if there's a spinoff of separate interlocals then sobeit. But the intention for us here is simply to be mindful that there is additional work to do.
>> in fact, what you could do is that we could have the first perhaps, the auditor's services and I think investment management services as the first two pieces and then you can come back with amendments on to that.
>> kind of build it.
>> uh-huh.
>> okay. Now, what if we gave ourselves a deadline of two weeks from today to have drafts available for review?
>> I think that would be reasonable.
>> and I does seem to me that in a week to ten days we ought to have drafts that we can give to the hospital district for feedback.
>> right.
>> then if we can discuss some after our discussion two weeks from today, we can tweak them whatever way we see fit and try to get them in final shape some time in October. Is that okay?
>> that would be good.
>> okay. Anything further on implementation of the hospital district? That we need to be mindful of in the upcoming months. I mean weeks, rather.
>> judge.
>> yes, sir.
>> something that we forgot to mention, that was to acknowledge the media crew for covering the volunteer work and covering the hospital district meeting and I want to make sure that they get acknowledged for what they are doing, and forgot to mention that earlier when we were thanking a lot of folks.
>> thanks to them.
>> yeah, they have really been out here doing a lot of stuff to cover their meetings.
>> okay.
>> thank you.
>> number 19, we'll have that back on in two weeks.
