Good afternoon. Let's call to order the golden triangle. We do expect Commissioners
directors Sonleitner and Davis to arrive shortly. The first item we do not
need. 2 is approve the voting minutes. All in favor in that passes by unanimous
vote. 3, approve minutes for voting session of August 31, 2004.
