All right.
>> citizens communications [indiscernible] one of the items we will discuss in executive session. Which will give an opportunity to [indiscernible]. We would be happy to get your comments.
>> my name is michelle clark, the managing attorney at -- Commissioner Daugherty and Sonleitner visited us -- trying to get in the three minutes -- a few months ago to kind of get to know the new programs. One of the items that you will consider this afternoon in your executive session is item number 49. We leave our office space from Travis County right now and the lease is set to expire September 30th of this year. And it's my understanding that after consulting with pat ford in the real estate department that her recommendation will be that the county extend our lease through December of 2005 with 120-day termination provision. What we have been drying to do when we -- trying to do when we first learned it was possible that the county would terminate our lease at September 30th of this year was to try to find a property to purchase in Travis County that would provide the space requirements that we have and still give us a location that was accessible to our clients and the community of poor people who need legal services in Travis County. We have not been able to find anything that would be available to move in by the end of this year because a lot of the properties that are within our price range and have the appropriate number of square feet are going to require some rehab and some retrofitting. But we are confident that by December of 2005 we will find a property that is suitable to move into. And would very much appreciate your extending our lease through December 31, 2005. I would be happy to answer any questions, but I certainly wanted to you have our input before you considered this in executive session.
>> questions? Thank you very much. We'll continue the partnership.
