26 is to disclose relationship with contracting person, sows,nd approve the requirements of discretionary contracts pursuant to section 32.004 (f) of the Travis County county ethics policy for the purpose of approving contracts during 2004, between Travis County and daughters of charity health services of Austin. Also known as seton hospital. Commissioner Davis?
>> yes, judge. Disclose the fact that my wife and, ann Davis, is employed by seton as a department assistant and basically she coordinates the function between icu on a functional basis; however, this position is low enough position where she does not directly benefit from anything that we do here. So I just like to just disclose that and hopefully just here in writing something to support that.

>> I don't have one this week.
