>> based upon the discussion that we had out here, the only matter that I was going to discuss with you was freely discussed.
>> we will not announce item 46 and will not call it up in executive session. And so we will -- we will announce postponement of 46 until next week, right, john? Just in case we meet next week. The courted will discuss these items in executive session, but will return back to court before taking any action.

40 involving marshal, we pulledments, we will put that back on when we need it. Number 42, involving the examiner's office, we did have a good discussion. Let's have it back on the court's agenda in one month, give us an opportunity to pursue some of the things that we discussed, at that time we will have something concrete to look at. The other items, 44, we did not discuss, that will be back on -- on -- 44 is the matter involving a -- annell raymond cantrell. That will be back on. Did not discuss the hospital district because we did not need it. Did not discuss number 43, hci equity partners, we did discuss item no. 45. Which involves the purchasing and contracting authority of counties. Subchapter b. Let's take two weeks and have that matter back on the court's agenda for further consideration and possible action. We did get legal advice and what I commit to do is reduce to writing a document that I think contains some of the concerns that led to the questions and we will follow the county attorney, legal's advice, or try to and two weeks from today you will get a follow-up legal reading on the document that we have before us. Okay? Any other reasons why we should not adjourn this meeting today? Yes?
>> [indiscernible] [inaudible - no mic]
>> 41 we did not discuss, we have previously announced that, did not announce -- announced that it would be postponed earlier.
>> move adjourn.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you all very much for a day hard work.
