One item on health facilities, 1. Consider and take appropriate action on
request to approve invoice from naman, howell, smith & lee for legal services
rendered and expenses incurred.

services from februar 1st, 2004 through August 31st, 2004. I have carefully
reviewed the invoice and I do represent to the board that -- that the hours
seem reasonable and that the work that he described was actually done.

vote.

>> we all know cliff blunt would be very, very objective
even with his own invoice, that's why I thought that I would ask you. All

session of the Travis County Commissioners court. This morning we did indicate
our intention to call up the maxwell, ritter and -- and johnson, jackson and
brown accounting firm. [laughter]
