27 is to approve modification number 1 to contract number pso 40324 ef, daughters of charity health service for Travis County medical assistance program. That is otherwise known as seton hospital. And this caught my attention by the fact that his wife's works for seton and seton is really part of the daughters of charity. She works at the 38th street location. And he just felt comfortable disclosing that today. Did we need to post that?
>> your ethics rules probably don't address that situation, but out of an abundance of caution, I know Commissioner Davis desires to do that. So yes, disclosure could happen today. There will probably be a separate posting that I think we can work out through purchasing for that item.
