Number 17-b is to consider and take appropriate on the following proposed
personnel amendments, non-routine personnel actions, temporary pay increases
for, one, justice of the peace precinct 2 and, two, records management and
communication resources.

on additional duties?
>> the jp 2 is based on additional duties. Records is based
on future duties and performance.
>> motion is to approve the precinct 2 person, seconded by
Commissioner Daugherty. Discussion? All in favor? That passes -- Commissioners
Davis, Gomez, Daugherty and yours truly voting in favor. Sonleitner abstaining.
And the records management and communication resources, is there a motion?
>> and both of these are in future?
>> correct.
>> move approval.

>> motion by Commissioner Davis, seconded by Commissioner
Daugherty. Discussion? All in favor? Show Commissioners Daugherty and Davis
voting in favor. Voting against, show Commissioners Gomez and Biscoe. Abstaining,
Commissioner Sonleitner. That motion fails with a vote of two-two with one
