Number 4 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two portions of selma hughes park road and accept the dedication of additional right-of-way. Move the public hearing be open?
>> all in favor? That passes unanimously.
>> and carol joseph, fnr. This street -- (indiscernible) with different instruments. And in this action today, what we're asking is that -- if you look at the map, the piece that needs to be vacated is dedicated, the part off selma hughes park road. And there were two other sections that were vacated before, but the vacation was not recorded, so today what we're doing is dedicating that final piece and allocating the other portions.
>> okay. I have a picture of the sign that was out there. Did we have a little public meeting or something out in the neighborhood?
>> no, sir. It's just the sign. I know we've had no issues or complaints.
>> any objections called to our attention?
>> no, sir.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And that will be action item number 32 on today's agenda.
