Number 3 is to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct 3, resubdivision of lot 2 of the resubdivision of lot 1, stone subdivision revise the plat, two lots, .92 acres, allen road, no fiscal required, sewage service to be provided by city of Austin, city of Austin extraterritorial jurisdiction. That's what we call city of Austin e.t.j.

>> the owner of this lot wished to subdivide, and since the public hearing he has changed his mind and withdrew his application to resubdivide. If he wishes to do it in the future, he will have to start all over again. He will have to do the process all over again.

>> who advertised the public hearing?
>> at this time --
>> the applicant does not?
>> no. We're proposing that we have in our own subdivision fees at least for -- (indiscernible). It's part of our subdivision.
