Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording
in precinct 3, amended plat of lot 10, amended plat of lots 9 and 10, for
some reason that's repeated, davenport west p.u.d. Tract c-3, section 2rbgs
the point at rob roy, and lot 11, davenport west, p.u.d. Now I see the reasons
why. Short form plat, two lots, 3.523 acres, pascal lane, no fiscal required.
Sewage service to be provided by cwcid number 10. City of Austin limited purpose
e.t.j.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> the owners of these two lots simply wish to add them back
together and make one lot, one single-family home. There's a residence there.
There's no issues that we know of on this, and we recommend approval.

>> right.
>> there are three lots all together?
>> the amended plat nine and 10 was one that was done at
some point before.

>> good morning, judge. I’m with tnr planning. This is the
amended plat of lots nine and 10. They're combining two lots into one is all
they're doing.
>> okay. And so where does the lot 11 come in?
>> it's the amendment that the lots were subdivided previously,
and they were amended, so we have the three lots total. They amended these,
they amended these, and now are amending all of of them back into one lot.
>> this is a whole lot simpler than the agenda. [ laughter
] no objections to our knowledge. Would anyone like to give testimony during
this public hearing? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That will
be action item number 30 on today's agenda.
