Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording
in precinct 3, lark hurst subdivision, revised plat of lots 15 and 16, tract
6, resubdivision of tract 5, 6, 8 and 9, short form plat two lots, .754 acres,
lake hurst loop, no fiscal required, on site septic system, no municipal e.t.j.
>> move to open the public hearing.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> lots 15 and 16, they wish to realign the internal property
line. Their house is already on the lot and there's no issue, no comments,
no problems with this. And we recommend approval.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public
hearing? That passes on unanimous vote. This will be action item number 29
on today's agenda, which will probably be part of the consent motion.
