we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following
items. Did not discuss 34. 35 we did discuss.
>> I move we accept the county offer of $18,956.70 from the
alton mobley estate on 747 acres of right of way for the blake manor road
project.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by
unanimous vote. We have not discussed 36 and 37. We didn't announce those
either. On 38 basically we should give staff direction to continue to do due
diligence on this project which includes contacting mr. Nolan and his attorney,
trying to get a final response to our last counter to the counter to the counter,
hopefully within a week to ten days on that, to discuss with the walnut place
neighborhood association the various options under consideration, that we
had this matter back on the court's agenda approximately four weeks from today,
which will be October 5th and hopefully be able to make a final decision on
that project at this time and that's more in the sense of directions to staff
and our commitment to final action than anything else.
>> okay?
>> that would be fine.
>> number 39, we did discuss, no action required today, i'll
have that back on the court's agenda next week for action n the meantime,
though, we do request that the coordinator chat with the doctor about some
of the things that we discussed we did ask legal counsel a couple of legal
questions so we'll give them an additional week to do legal research with
an eye toward providing us legal responses next week. You did get those two
questions?
>> sure.
>> we'll have 39 back on the court's agenda next week. Number

on the agenda when necessary. 41 involved mediation mediation, litigation
in a matter which we are directly involved. We did get an update. No action
required. The county is not a party. Although certain county action was take
911 that matter which is being discussed by the litigants, I’m told. So we
will be updated further at the appropriate time in the future, correct? That
does it for today.
>> adjourned.
>> all in favor. That passes by unanimous vote.
