Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent on c-1 through c-3. C-1 through c-3. We have been asked to add the following items to the consent motion. And if you would like us to discuss these items separately, please say so as we call out the number. We would be happy to pull any of them for separate discussion. Number 6. 6 will not be part of the consent motion. 8-a and b. That's all of 8. 11. 12-a. 12-a only. My question for hrmd is whether 12-b or asked another way whether any personnel policy comes into play here. This may be routine. I guess it depends on the answer to that question. If we need dr. Bayardo here, we'll need to take this up this afternoon. He is doing autopsies now. He will be available this afternoon if we need him. So that's 12-a. 13. 14. 15 is to add 12 months. 16-a, b, c and d. That's all of 16. 17, to reduce that contract by $5,000. That's an anomaly. 18. 19. 20 in its entirety. 20-a, b, c, d and e. 21. 22. And that's authorize purchase to go sign on behalf of the court. We've seen that request a lot lately. 24. Yep, 23. Well, 23 we normally on those variances I just like to do them as a matter of public record. 23-a and b. 24. 25. 26. 27. 28. 29, I’m not sure what the auditor needs from us other than approval of that. And this is reimbursement of up to $1,000 based on actual invoices. That seemed to be a sort of rounded amount, but when we reimburse, we reimburse based on actual invoices so up to 1,000 bucks would be the request. 30. 31. 33. A-1 and a-2. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That motion passes by unanimous vote.
