Health Facilities Development Corporation
Let's call to order Travis County health facilities development corporation
1. Consider and take appropriate action on funds available in fy 05 for transfer
to Travis County.
>> for the health facilities operation we are recommending
that there is $171,000 available trans tered to the county for fy '05.
>> move that we corporate with the Travis County Commissioners
court and indicate our willingness to transfer to the general fund of Travis
County the sum of $175,000.

>> that Commissioners court is doing a good job, I think
we ought to work with them as much as we can. 2. Consider and take appropriate
action on contract with people's community clinic.
>> you will recall, on July 20th, the board approved a --
an $58,000 -- an $85,000 request from people's clinic to assist them in the
remodeling of their facilities. Located at 2909 north i-35. So I -- we had
before you a contract that I think incorporates what the intent of the board
is. Including the board minutes of the meeting of the clinic, it does -- it
does provide that -- that the funds would be paid to -- to people's community
clinic after November 1st, 2004. And it is contingent on the corporation receiving
the fee from ascension health corporation that is due on November 1st, 2004.
And the -- and the funds would be released when people -- when people's claim
provides us copies of invoices in an amount at least equal to the $85,000.

that you all normally do with any of your donors that we would be treated
like any other donor related to this.
