Consent Items

View captioned video.

The consent items are next. And posted for consent -z are c-1 through c-5. And I show all of them to be ready. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. Number 7, 8, 9, 10 -- by the way, on 10, that would be gattis school road would be the project, every penny. Number 11, 12, 13, 14-a, b, c, d and e. That's 14 in its entirety. 19. 20-a. But not 20-b. 23. 23. 27. 28. 29. 30. 31. 32. 33. 34.
>> got a question.
>> 34 will not be part of the consent motion.
>> put joe harlow on alert on item 34.
>> okay. 35. 37. Are you all here on the county clerk's item from 36?
>> no, we're here for the public hearing [inaudible].
>> let's just call you up on 36 and hear what you would have said. 37 and 39.
>> move for approval of consent items.
>> second.
>> would anyone like us to pull to discuss any of these items separately?
>> judge, just one comment on number 10. That's the gattis school road project. There are three homes that we need to acquire as part of that project. I just wanted to make sure that part of the motion was authorization to proceed to acquire those three properties using the available money that we have.
>> I don't know that that -- is that part of the posting? Posting seems to be to authorize us to use the bgap money and the project we named not in the item is gattis school road. Can we bring that back and have clarification?
>> that's fine.
>> have the buying off on this project by capital metro on their agenda as well. And we've already done part of gattis school road already through this fund source, so --
>> it would be clearer, but I think we have other pieces we may need to discuss with that.
>> right.
>> the other thing on that one, joe, is we have -- there are partners that we are depending on. So when we come back for the final deal, may as well know whether they have their support or not. As far as we know, they are still supportive except -- okay. Have we gotten a formal declaration from them? Okay.
>> and we have an item on campo's agenda, it's item number 2 related to the that's campo related.
>> as you can tell, all of us eagerly look forward to discussing that project fully. No takers on pulling any of these items from the consent motion. Was there a motion to approve? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
