25. Consider and take appropriate action on implementation of cell phone allowances in Travis County code chapter 39, wireless communications policy. Wireless communications policy.
>> this is another one that you have already approved as far as the tests and trial for one year period for the new policy, which -- which allows the conditional option of a cell phone allowance, so this according to policy is where each year I came to you and the court decides upon the level of three levels, low, medium high level. Financial committee with the cell phone committee, 10, 20, $30 based on the number of minutes in accordance with each level. So this simply sets the rate to -- to -- for the trial. So we are proposing that we go forward again only for a one-year period, test it out, then come back and this same time next year to see if we can continue it.
>> can you remind me of what the allowance is for.
>> the allowance is for cell phone and that is -- it's just --
>> how much, the amount I mean.
>> $10 the lowest, $20, $30.
>> based on the.
>> number of minutes.
>> projected utilization, basically.
>> yes, sir.
>> okay. Makes sense to me. Second.
>> any more discussion in all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Thank you very muc h, appreciate your patience, also.
