Now let's get to some good news.
>> is there?
>> implementation of fully automated courts tracking system, facts. Mr. Harlow did share with us a memo and some charts and graphs that -- that helped explain the memo. Did he -- did you have a chance to meet with all of us individually.
>> I did.
>> what he left me with was the impression that we needed to add $200,000 to the $700,000 already set aside in order for us to -- to meet the f.t.e. Needs of various departments.
>> it's ongoing money. Not one-time money, it's ongoing money.
>> it's ongoing.
>> the 300,000 of one-time money seems to be a pretty good number in his mind.
>> I think that it is -- that think that is -- there is a significant portion of what mr. Harlow requested and is talking about that is related to one-time funding. From what's submitted in the budget to what he -- what he send out an e-mail yesterday. He submitted $110,000 in additional requests that were all for one-time start-up costs related to -- to additional temporary cost needs. So I think a certain --
>> temporary.
>> I think a certain portion of that is related to one-time versus ongoing. But since I don't think -- I think that we need to do a little bit more work to nail down exactly what all of the demands are on the facts reserve right now.
>> personnel related one time. That's right.
>>
>> [one moment please for change in captioners]
>>
>> we seem to have that allegedly matched up 300, 300. But then we've got one-time personnel costs and ongoing personnel costs.
>> correct.
>> and we have a lump sum for both. And if we split those, then some of the one-time money we keep saying we've got way too much of might be able to take care of some of that.
>> quite possibly.
>> quite possibly. And it doesn't become ongoing.
>> any other questions of mr. Harlow? Thanks for your memo. Good luck on that 200,000 you need. Christian and [indiscernible] between late today or next week, can we just kind of glance at the preliminary budget, see if we have ongoing money covering one-time expenditures that we can move? Or have we done that already? I’m looking for a one time, one time substitution, if possible.
>> [inaudible].
>> well, that's what I had in mind, but I don't want to pick on t.n.r.
