August 31, 2004
Item 15.c
C, request to authorize health and human services --
>> it's four minutes till 12.
>> looks like we need to bring this item back this afternoon
anyway. We can call this [inaudible].
>> let's than that.
>> you have a letter that suggests if the Commissioners court
wanted to ask the board of directors of the Travis County health facilities
corporation for $175,000, the corporation would have it. And I believe the

>> okay.
>> to perhaps consider such a request.

>> there's [inaudible] there, the necessary steps are taken.
The county attorney's protective resources and the district attorney resources
are still --
>> [inaudible].
>> when are we normally told about those?
>> usually the first or second week of September. And usually
it's capso and traditionally not been dapso.
>> [inaudible].
>> traditionally. But you have a $10,000 --
>> we also have another [indiscernible].
>> correct. But traditionally it's been zero from dapso.

>> I think he is still waiting to see the financial picture.
>> okay. We did get a memo from t.n.r. On d, redirection

>> second.
>> I guess we ought to indicate our intention to call this
item up and finish it.
