Number 4 is a public hearing to discuss request to approve the county clerk's f.y. '05 plans for if following: a is a fund 028 county clerk's records management and preservation; and b, fund 057, county clerk's records archive. These moneys are collected from lawsuits that are filed. Part of that is set aside in a dedicated fund for the purposes that are described here. The county clerk's records management and preservation program and b is the county clerk's records archive. It says county clerk because that's the title by law. These are Travis County programs and this is for the preservation of records as required by law. Would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? What we do basically is to give residents an opportunity --
