Number 2, a public hearing to discuss requests regarding a plat for recording in precinct 3, resubdivision of lot 6, la hacienda estates, revised plat, three lots, rocky ridge road, no fiscal required. Sewage service to be provided by onsite wastewater facilities, city of Austin e.t.j.

>> la hacienda is a residential subdivision in precinct 3, southwest Travis County. The owner of this lot, mr. And mrs. Fisher, have asked it be replatted into three separate residential lots. All three approximately two acres large. It does meet the county requirements.
