Consent Items
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c 1 through c 5, c 1 through
5, would anyone like for us to pull any of those items for separate discussion?
We have been asked to add the following items to the consent motion, if you
would like for us to discuss these separately. Any of them, please say so
as we call out the number. 7 in its entirety, so that's 7 a through 7 d, number
8, 9 a the routine items, we will need to discuss, 9 b we will need to discuss.
Number 12 a long list of purchasing items beginning with 15, 16, 17, 18, 19,
20 a and 2 b, 21 -- 20 b, 21, 22 postponed until next week, 23, 24, 25.
>> I have a question on 25.
>> 25 will not be. See why I paused there, huh? 25 will not
be part of the consent motion. 28, 29 a, 29 a, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, and 18
is to be discussed with the district attorney, we can later deal with the
source of funding. My recommendation would be either the money, the [indiscernible]
money that mr. Earle was intend being to transfer to -- intending to transfer
to us or another source, but we all seemed to think that was a good idea.
Do we need to discuss it? [multiple voices]
>> I think it's appropriate source.
>> yeah.
>> mr. Earle we are leaning towards apso, we will put a 2
on the consent motion.
>> move approval.
>> I think it's appropriate.
>> motion to approve the consent items, would anyone like
for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That
passes by unanimous vote.
