29 b is consider and take appropriate action on issues regarding the implementation
of the district and miss fleming basically distributed to us a letter that
contains a little advice from us to the board of managers regarding a way
for them to communicate with the Commissioner's court and in a -- that was
provided to us by e-mail and I know we have it, although I can't put my fingers
on it at this time, but I see I have read it many, many times. Any discussion?

>> one was on the Commissioner's court stationery.
>> we did have some discussion about making it i'll call
it a little more user friendly rather than -- because it said account -- when
you say we're interested in your feedback but here is what we're recommending,
that is not really -- I don't think that's what we had discussed last week.
I thought we had discussed leaving it open-ended saying we would love to hear
-- here are some examples and we want to hear from you, as opposed to saying
we recommend...
>> why don't we put it back on next week. Whoever has ideas
about it get them to me, i'll get them to ms. Fleming and we will try to distribute
as part of the backup, this week a draft that incorporates all of the recommendations
that comes from members of the court.
>> judge?
>> yes, sir.
>> which one are you on?
>> 29 (b).
>> oh.
>> letter to...
>> okay. So that is 8. 31. Yes, ma'am?
>> was this a letter that mr. Hilly sent yesterday regarding
whether -- that y'all wanted the purchasing agent involved in the negotiations
with the city?
>> no.
>> it's not?
>> no, ma'am.
>> because I know they're already in those negotiations because
they are already starting to have those meetings and I don't think they --
I haven't contacted anybody to say that I need to be included.
>> may want to bring a copy to the session today.
>> okay.
