Item no. 2 is to consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussion items. Now, we had that $40,000, t 8. The temporary pay item, so I would just like for us to hold off on that.

>> we will be glad to hold that. A note on that, the department has revised that 40,000 to 21-5, that can be discussed when we get to that agenda item. One other correction --
>> wait. I’m sorry. So instead of 40,000, we are looking at 20, 21-5.
>> 21,500.

>> uh-huh.
>> okay. One other correction, you will notice that t-7 is repeated on the add-ones because there was a problem with -- add-ons because there was a problem with the account number. We had an error, already filed a budget amendment. T-7 on the add-ons will replace that on the regular budget amendments and transfers.
>> item a 41 is related to agenda item no. 11. You may wish to take action on that after agenda item no. 11. Which is related to 1101 nueces.

>> all right. Let's hold on that, too, will somebody remind us after we discuss the action item?

>> about this budget amendment. So if we pull those two, that leaves the rest of them.
>> I move approval of all budget amendments and transfers with the exception of t 8 and with the exception of a 41.

after the item 11 discussion item a.41 which was related to item 11 was also approved under budget amendments and transfers.
this is a friendly reminder that a-41 is related to this item. Now that
you've approved it. Partial funding is located in the car reserve and the
departmental request is that be moved to facilities, that totals 29,509 with
the remaining funding coming from risk management, I understand.

funding that pbo is recommend something all in favor? That passes by unanimous
vote with Commissioner Davis temporarily off the dais.
