By my record that takes us to executive session. 31 is to discuss and take appropriate action on the health and human services lease facility located at 5546 highway 290 west. we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items. Number 31 involving the county property at 5546 highway 290 west.
>> judge, I would move that we authorize -- to executed a new lease agreement at our 5546 highway 290 west that houses our county health clinic for a five month period. With the ability to have win-month extensions beyond that -- one-month extensions beyond that point in time. Any discussion? All in favor that passes by unanimous vote. Number 32 involves a recommended resale deed to ted biggerstaff. I move that we authorize the execution of this deed by the county judge on behalf of the Travis County Commissioners court to mr. Ted biggerstaff who has paid Travis County the sum of 57 $17 and -- 5712.8 the -- 5,717.89 with a special note that they conveys number 2 and not number 1 and 3. And 1 and 3 will remain in the ownership of Travis County.

We did have a brief discussion on number 35 a and b, we will have that back on in two weeks for follow-up consideration and hopefully action. Number 36, the sally decker matter, move that we accept and approve the counter to our offer in the amount of $65,000 that we authorize the county attorney to execute or draw up the appropriate settlement and release of papers for all parties to execute.
