Good afternoon let's call to order the northwest Travis County road district number 3. On otherwise known as the golden triangle to order. 1. Approve payment of claims and authorize county treasurer to invest road district funds. No indication made on my agenda here. Move that any claims be paid.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 4. Approve transfer from reserve account to fund delinquent tax refunds. Do you know anything about that one, mr. Davis? [laughter]
>> I’m sorry, sir, I don't. It's a leroy nellis. The note says this is request ... Northwest Travis County road district number 3, normally refunds arising from adjustments to taxable values provided by t cad are recovered from subsequent tax collections. It is apparent that fy tax collections will be insufficient to cover the refunds. A check from the district to t cad will be necessary. Fy '04. This is in the amount of $50,000 from the reserves to go into a line item that is called delinquent taxes, refunds, signed by leroy nellis with the notation on this budget amendment form t cad refunds to adjustments for taxable value within road district number 3.
