That brings us to executive session . 27. Receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning the extension of leave for a juvenile probation department employee (dept 45, slot 470. Personnel matters to the open meetings act. 28. Receive briefing from county attorney regarding settlement negotiations on claim received from keystone construction, inc. For work at northeast metro park, and take appropriate action. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 29. Receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in jodi marshall v. Travis County, et al. (marshall, Travis County; civil rights) that's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 31. Receive legal advice and take appropriate action on implementation of Travis County hospital district. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 32. Receive briefing from county attorney and/or take appropriate action in; cause no. Gni-03498; hci equity partners, l.p. Et al v. Travis County, et al. We did complete some of our executive session this morning our executive session items. Therefore number 27 involving the extension of leave for a juvenile probation department employee department 45, slot 470, move that we grant an additional five days to get this employee through July 23rd, 2004. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

29, that's to be announced, is to receive briefing on tuscany way extension project. That's attorney attorney. And number 31, receive legal advice and take appropriate action on implementation of travis hospital district. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act also. Those are the only two items that we need to discuss in executive session at this time. We'll come back to open court before taking any action.
we did discuss 31, no action today, right? We have outstanding issues to work on. Also we discussed number 29,we will try to have that back on next week.
