Consent Items
The consent items are next. Posted for consent are c-1 through c-8. And we've been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item. Number 4, 6, 8, 11, 12 --

>> 12 will not be part of the consent motion. 13, 14, 15. Anyone here on 15? Anybody that submitted a bid? 16, 17, 18, 21. Number 20 we'll have back on next week, right? That's August 3rd. 21, as I said, 22, 23 --
>> quick question.
>> 23 will not be part of the consent motion. 24. 25 and 26 we got a note from tnr that these are the same item. Let's approve both of them and that way we have both of them. 25 and 26. 27 a, b and c.
>> quick question and carol knows what it is. It will be quick.
>> 27 a, b and c will not be for consent motion. 28. 29. 30. 30 is the last one.
>> you don't want 33 on there, judge?
>> 33 I think we need to call up. 31, I thought that we ought to get the presentation this time.
>> yeah.
>> judge, also, I got a response from staff on on the housing corporation, item a-4 -- sorry, item 4, it will be for suggestion. We've heard from the persons that we wanted it for no action.
>> under housing finance?
>> yes. Housing finance corporation. It's going to be discussed, but no action. The same thing that they told Commissioner Sonleitner.
>> Commissioner Gomez moves approval of consent items. Seconded by Commissioner Daugherty. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes be unanimous vote.
