32. Considerate and take appropriate action on request to approve resolution for financing by hfdc of central Texas, inc. Of a health facility located at 8305 cross park in Austin and owned by lutheran social services of the south, inc.
>> hfdc of central Texas, which is a health facilities development corporation, located in the city of hubbard, Texas, which is located mid-way between corsicana and waco, Texas, is asking the Travis County Commissioners' permission to issue bonds in Travis County. These -- this bond issue is -- is for several facilities around the state, about six or seven facilities, the total amount of the bonds that is approximately $20 million, of which $1.1 million is -- will be for the facilities in Travis County, the reason that they are asking -- that they are doing -- have not come to the Travis County health facilities development corporation is because they wanted to, for cost purposes, to centralize it with one health facility development corporation. Mr. Gregory salinas, an attorney with the -- for the lutheran social services is here to answer any questions that you may have.
