>> this is the same question that Commissioner Sonleitner had. And while this one, when it came in as a preliminary plat, it was before we had the parkland dedication. However, they have participated. They recognized when they brought in their final platting that they they wanted to do some and they dedicated approximately 250 acres to manor, the city of manor.
>> excellent. Is there a way that we can institutional lies that question until we sort of get used to it?
>> i've already talked to the staff about it when I got the question. So we will add that in as part of the backup.
>> and the question and the answer?
>> the question was that parkland dedication participation, and this preliminary plat came in before we had parkland dedication rules and regulations. And this is just the final. So they were grandfathered in as a result of -- because of the parkland dedication issue. When it came up we said any preliminary plans that were in the house at the time didn't have to follow those rules, however, this particular developer felt that they wanted to do that, so they went ahead and dedicated over 250 acres to the city of manor.
>> this is something I wanted to bring up. In the past there have been subdivisions that have parkland dedication, nothing ever came of them. What happens to those? Are they just out of -- we're out of luck?
>> I don't know which ones you're talking about that we have. If --
>> (indiscernible).
>> that is our responsibility for the park or is it the subdivision?
>> well, it was in the parkland dedication was in the papers, the plats. And nothing ever came of them. And citizens asked about it.
>> sometimes the parkland dedication works both ways. Sometimes they donate land and sometimes they pay in lieu of land. And I don't know the particular plat that you're referring to. I could certainly check on that and see what happened to that. But ordinarily if they're donated to the county, then we would deal with it as a park.
>> move approval of item 27-a.
>> second.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 27-b is a construction agreement and plat -- is the same question to a, b and c?
>> yes.
>> construction agreement and plat for recording in precinct 1, shadow glen section 6, long form plat, 35 lots, 8.448 acres, oak hilling way, fiscal posted with Travis County, sewage service to be provided by Travis County municipal utility district number two, city of manor e.t.j.
