23 is to consider and take appropriate action on preliminary plan in precinct 1, the woodlands preliminary plan, 608 lots, 155.06 acres, fm 969, no fiscal is required for film plan. Sewage service to be provided by city of Austin. City of Austin e.t.j.

Parkland dedication, I could not tell from -- there's a map being done as to what is being set aside. A, are they required under the parkland dedication to do something? And b, would it --
>> yes, they are required under the parkland dedication, however, under preliminary plan, they are not. It comes in during the final platting. So these folks in woodlands, they know that they have to deal with it. In this case it's in the city's e.t.j. And they will deal with the parkland dedication at that time.
