That's the consultation -- that's the real property exception to the open meetings act also. We will discuss these items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.

we have returned if executive session. And why don't we try to take this one other item on the agenda. Before taking motions. That way provide time this morning that at least we'll have it out of the way. And number 9, is to consider and take appropriate action on proposed personnel amendments. A of 9 is take appropriate action on tell prayer pay increases. And we need somebody here from human resources, don't we? Let's just postpone that item a few minutes and when we get the appropriate persons here we can take it up. In the meantime we may as well take up the other items that we have discussed already. And I read it, number 13, involves the city of Austin request to participate in the second generation disparity study. I move we authorize a commitment up to $100,000, payable $50,000 in October '04. $50,000 in October '05. This would be contingent on our ability to reach an appropriate contract that sets forth a specific scope of work for Travis County as well as a scope common to all of the participating partners.
