I suggest we go into executive session. And discuss 37, 38, 39 and -- we may as well chat with you wheel we're in there, right? Number 37 is to consider approval of president bush contract with verandah construction, incorporated, for the acquisition of approximately 6 acres of land in connection with balcones canyonlands conservation land and take appropriate action. That's the real property exception to the open meetings act. Let's also announce the consultation with attorney. 38, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in jody marshall versus Travis County, et al. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 39, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning request for extension of administrative leave for juvenile board employee. That will be consultation with the attorney exception for the open meetings act. We previously announced 40 would be pulled until further notice. We will also discuss with council in executive session number 17, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve a plat for recording in precinct 3, resubdivision of lot 10, lick creek ranch subdivision, phase 1, no fiscal required. Sewage service to be provided by onsite wastewater facility under lcra jurisdiction, outside all municipal e.t.j.s. This was the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these items in executive session but will return to court before taking any action. And I need my office to bring down the tape recorder if I caught them off guard.

we have returned from executive session where we discussed item number 37 and there is a motion.
>> Gerald, are you --
>> go ahead, Karen.
>> I would move approval of a revised purchase contract in the amount of $438,000 and we go back to the original language that we had originally offered related to all the warranties.
>> I will second that.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We did not discuss 38 or 39. We'll have those items back on the court's agenda next week.
