Now let's call to order the northwest Travis County road district number 3, otherwise known as the golden triangle. We do not need item number one as there are no claims or investments. Number two, approve the minutes for voting session of June 22nd, 2004. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote, with the director Daugherty absent. Show director Daugherty absent for the entirety of the corporations' meetings. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
