Consent Items

View captioned video.

The consent items are next, and posted for consent are c-1 through c-5 and I show those to be ready for action. And have we been asked to considered aking the following items to the consent motion? If you would like to discuss these separately please say so as we call out the number. Number two, dwoa have that bond in hand. Number 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 is postponed for one week, 8, 9 is postponed for one week, 10, 11 (a), (b), (c), and (d), that is all of 11, 12, do you recall what intradepartment line item that is?
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> it would help us to know that, I think. The memo says the request and intradepartment transfer. It doesn't say from what line item, though. We need to know that, I guess, or ppo does. 13 we postponed action on. It will be back on the agenda in the future. 15? 16 in its entirety, that is 16 (a) through 16 (e). Budget amendments, transfers or discussion items on 17. 19 (a), any issues there? 19 (a). 21, 22, 23 that's the language on the plaque and the dedication ceremony on July 30th of this year. 24, 25...
>> I have a question on 25.
>> 25 will not be part of the consent motion. 26? 27 (a) and (b).
>> 27 also.
>> 27 will not be part of the consent motion.
>> second. Can you clarify one thing with us, approving the contracts under 11, does that automatically -- frank, does that automatically trigger the rebidding on (f), (h), (i), and (j) with our rewards?
>> [inaudible]
>> that would have to be posted without any trigger. What we are approving is 11 (a) through (d). If any court action is posted on anything else they're going to have to be posted.
>> we're not making awards in four other category, so does that automatically trigger needing to go out for a new solicitation or do you need to get the permission of the court to reject what happened in (f), (h), (i) and (j) is my question. It's not listed that way.
>> it would have to be posted on the...
>> anything other than what is posted here on 11 (a) through (d) would have to be posted on the court agenda if action is required.
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> if court action is required it would have to be on the court's agenda. What we are approving in 11 is (a) through d.
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> and going out for new bids.
>> yes.
>> I think we do.
>> anymore discussion of the motion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
