Executive Session Items
Executive session. You all may start without me. Jim, if we simply do the executive session discussion under the other matters regarding implementation of the district, will that cover it? Or do we need one of the others specifically?

Issues related to independent audit required by health and safety code section 281.122. And that will be discuss -- that item discussed under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 35, receive briefing and take appropriate action in debbie mergele, as representative of the estate of john frump v. Margo frasier, et. At, (frump, margo frasier; wrongful death) (requested by defendant). This is under consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We have been asked to pull items 36 and 37. 38 is receive legal advice and take appropriate action on implementation of Travis County hospital district. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 39. Receive legal briefing and take appropriate action on ferguson and tuscany way extension project. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. And 40, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in jane doe v. City of Austin and freddy urias. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these matters in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.
we just returned from executive session where we discussed the following items. Number 7 involving the hospital district, a, b, c and d,, there is no action required. 35, involving debbie ran gel, move that we settle this matter for the amount of $64,000, that we approve the settlement agreement that has been presented to us and that we request the auditor and treasurer to expedite release of the check in this amount to settle this case. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We did not discuss 36 and 37. Those were pulled. 38 we did not discuss, 39 nothing to report. We didn't discuss that. It will be back on next week for us to consider options. 40 we didn't discuss -- we did discuss, but no action today.
