We have now reached executive session, we are going to talk about these items under the local government code where we are allowed to talk about certain things there. We will take no action in there. I’m sorry, sherri, did we have something, sorry.
>> item 24?
>> we went ahead and got our questions answered. What we have asked, is signed, it's approved, for you to work with frank holder and anybody else in purchasing and jose in the auditor's office to find out about the backlog that is not our fault, but it's the making the migrant council do their job and get the bills to us so that we can properly pass all of the money.
>> just to inform that it was a holdover that means they still need to be billing us.
>> right.
>> we have some agencies that are not getting their money and it's not our fault, but we can't pay bills until the migrant council does their job, gets the bills to us.
>> absolutely.
>> if you can get a report back to us, that would be great.

we are called back to order this voting session of the Travis County Commissioners court. We've been off in executive session, and on item number 38, the otis daniels case. I would move that we reject the offer to settle this case in the amount of $3,500 and offer no counter.
>> second.
>> moved and seconded. Is there any further discussion on this particular item? All in favor? That passes unanimously. We previously noted that item 39 and 40 are postponed until next week. Item 41 related to an employee in juvenile probation. I would move that we add an additional five days of pay -- of leave with pay and the calculation of that five days ends on June 21st.
>> second.
>> moved and seconded. Any further discussion in all in favor? That passes unanimously. On item number 42, which is the condemnation case related to anderson mill road, I would move that we authorize condemnation proceedings to begin on parcel number 7 and parcel 7-t-e as listed on the agenda. Moved and seconded. Any further discussion? All in favor? That passes unanimously. And attorneys, I’m going to need to get that authorization, the paperwork on the condemnation. I don't think you ever gave it to me. I look forward to being surprised. Okay. On item number 43 related to the farmers market, I would move that the lease agreement be authorized with la femme culinary, with subject to the lease being given one final initial in the place where they lack one final initial. Moved and seconded. Any further discussion? All in favor? That passes unanimously. Item number 44 in regards to a claim against harley davidson, incorporated, I would move that the county attorney's office be authorized to write and send the appropriate demand letters involved in this case.
>> second.
>> moved and seconded. Any further discussion? All in favor? That passes unanimously. Item number 45 on the hospital district, we announced it, but we did not take it up in executive session. And on item 46, it turns out as well that we announced that one, but it was not needed and it was not discussed. So are we there? It looks like we have completed our business. Moved and seconded that we adjourn. Before we do so, a reminder that we do have a public hearing in this room tomorrow starting at 4:00 p.m. To hear from our employees on the health benefits that are being offered. That has just -- that is just a hearing. We are not taking action, so it's just informational for us to get input from our employees.
>> and I will not be able to participate for the duration of the public hearing. I've got another commitment, but I will be here for the beginning of it.
>> okay. It's been moved and seconded related to us going home. All in favor? That passes unanimously.
