For consent, we have already posted on the agenda item c 1 through c 7 and we do show those as ready to go. And in addition, these items are being proposed to also be added to the consent motion. If anybody has any objections on the court or in our audience, please go ahead and let us know. Item no. 7, number 8, 9, number -- we have a long list of purchasing items here, frank, let us know if these are all ready to go, number 11, number 12, 13 a, b, c and d, item 14 a and b, item no. 15, anybody have any questions on the deloitte item?

>> got it. Item no. 16. Again, we are in purchasing right now. 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23,.
>> we need to discuss 23.
>> we need to discuss item no. 23. Item no. 23 will not be on the consent agenda, thank you, frank. I have questions on 24, so we will bring that one up when it gets there. 25. That's the item that we did last week that we were reposing with the correct precinct on it. 26. We already mentioned 27 as being postponed. 28 is a quick discussion item. 29. I know that we have folks here in the audience on item no. 30. A and b. So we will bring that up soon after we get some of these other items out of the way. Item no. 32, item 33, and item no. 35.
