Is there an update on item 31 receive update and take appropriate action on the city of Austin and Travis County efforts to implement hooeb 1445 for the review ...
>> yes, tom is handing out the changes that he's proposed to the chapter 30 code. There was a meeting of the subcommittee last Wednesday. And in that meeting the discussion was to change the code and/or the interlocal and -- and tom has revised the code accordingly and the understanding was that this afternoon we would send them the changes once approved here. This staff -- the staff reviewed the codes and we see no objections to what has been proposed. Tom could go into detail exactly what it is, major to make sure that the division of labor is clear. And distinct within the code but i'll let tom speak to that.
>> is this a quick update?
>> let me explain what you have got.
>>
>> [one moment please for change in captioners]
>>
>> so that's what this is. And really we've just -- we've taken the key parts about who's going to be the case manager, who's going to review for what elements of the code and what areas, and i've inserted that in the key pieces of the code. And it probably doesn't make much sense standing alone, but that's what i've tried to do.
>> is there anything from what we've been talking about in excess for the last six weeks?
>> I think that we're at a spot that the judge and I have been given of what we think their response is going to be to this.
>> it's supposed to be on the agenda for the city council meeting this week.
>> I would try to get this sent over and see if we can find out and then go from there.
>> tom, would you suggest that we need to repost this for next week just on the chance that there's something different? Go ahead and include that in terms of rolling it over, in terms of (indiscernible) in case there's something we need to get? Moved and seconded. Any further questions on this item? All in favor? That passes unanimously. I look forward to this never coming back on the court's agenda. But we'll post it for next week just in case that item is needed.
