Sherri Moore flemming I see we have here. If we can go ahead and take up item no. 4, please, sherri has a quick update for us. 4. Consider and take appropriate action on options addressing the projected budget shortfall in the rural medical assistance program.
>> I’m sherri filmer interim manager of health and human services. Staff came to you several weeks ago to report what we were projecting as a shortfall in the rmap program. Since then we've a rolling agenda item to discuss with the court. However, part of the staff's recommendations that we had to address their projected shortfall involves a contingent liability that we are trying to ensure that we have a legal right to recommend that that liability be released. So we are trying to provide sufficient documentation to ensure that we release that appropriately. So that's why we are unable to go forward on that item this week until we can ensure that we provided the county attorney with the sufficient information to -- to advise us that that can be released to apply to this shortfall.
>> any questions from the members of the court?
>> no.
>> everything moving ahead? All righty. We will go ahead then and repost this item for next Tuesday.
>> thank you.
>> thank you.
